Pink, Santo Tirso

The existing ruin of the cinema-theater building is kept frozen in time and it gives way to a new public facility that takes the form of a constructed urban void that benefits from the beauty of the resilient building original structure.

The pink color demarcates the rescued space from the city center, covering the existing building, the pavements, the sidewalks and the new public square, and also the neighbouring urban gables, which delineate the empty space.
